A LOT has happened since we last caught up!

Just about every base has been touched. Here’s the highlight reel:

You know the score - now so do we

We now know and track how went. Final scores update automatically for MLB, NBA, NHL games and many other leagues throughout the day.

You can see the scores on the Game Detail pages - as well on the Schedule page instead of the game time for all those completed games.

For MLB ⚾️ accounts, we’ve even got probable starting pitchers showing up on game detail pages as matchups are announced.

Time to get Analytical

What would sports be without stats? And managing your ticket account account is no different!

The Analytics page is now open to all account members. See who’s getting the most bang out of their tickets, and see if anyone is using more than their fair share! Usage is broken out by seat tiers if applicable, and summarized up by share group for those subdividing their account across groups of friends or families.

You’re a 🏆 WINNER 🏆

Now that those scores are rolling in — let’s help find out exactly who in your group is that good luck charm!

Head to Analytics > User Stats & find out. Every member gets a win/loss record based on the games they attended, including overall winning percentage and even current winning or losing streaks! On a skid? Change that jersey up, or sit in a different seat. On a tear? Make sure to wear that winning hat again!

We know there’s no such thing as superstition. That’s silly. But we all know what you wear and where you sit has everything to do with how your team performs. No doubt.

We’ve got trophies for the leader, and guest badges for the visitors who helped (or hurt) the cause.

Sales Tracking, Leveled Up

Ticket sales got a lot of ❤️ in this release. The major additions:

Payment tracking — every sale now shows a Paid or Unpaid badge right in the detail page that managers can quickly update.
Company field — you can now track and attribute ticket sales to a Company as an option.
Buyer and Company filters — narrow the sales list to a specific person or company. The table now totals at the bottom based on filters, to - to provide a quick glance.
CSV export — hit Export CSV above the sales detail table and get exactly what’s on screen. Filters carry over, so you can pull a filtered report for a single buyer or company and save it.

Swipe Right!

On mobile and the PWA mobile app, you can now simple swipe left and swipe right on the calendar 📅 page to move back and forth by month. So thats what thumbs are for!

Email Template Customization

Managers can now customize the emails that Season Ticket Manager sends to their members and guests. Including all sorts of goodies like branding colors, logo, footer text and per-template subject/body overrides.

A live preview shows an example of exactly what recipients will see too.

Managers can find it under Settings > Email Templates.
