Welcome to the Front Office

If you’ve ever shared season tickets with a group, you already know the pain. The shared spreadsheet that someone inevitably forgets to update. The 400-message group text where “who’s going Saturday?” gets buried under strong points of view as to how frustrating the bullpen arms are right now. The end-of-season reckoning where nobody can quite remember who paid for what.

We’ve lived all of it. That’s why we built Season Ticket Manager Pro.

What this blog will be

Three things, mostly:

Practical guides for season ticket holders. Things like how to split tickets fairly when one person travels half the year, how to handle dynamic pricing without ruining friendships, and how to agree on options for splitting up ticket sales before the season starts. The kind of advice we wish someone had given us when we started out.

Release notes when we ship new features. Not a dry changelog — a real explanation of what we built, why we built it, and what it lets you do that you couldn’t before. The goal is that reading our release notes feels like a teammate giving you the news, not a computer reading you a diff.

Honest behind-the-scenes. How we make decisions about features. What we got wrong and changed. The tradeoffs we make about pricing, privacy, design. We’re a small team and we’d rather be transparent than polished.

Who we are

We’re season ticket holders who got tired of the spreadsheet, group-text, and triple checking math at end of season. We started building Season Ticket Manager Pro for our own group, then figured others could get a head start from where we’ve been and what we’ve built. Now here we are.

If there’s a topic you’d like us to write about, hit us at features@seasonticketmanager.app. And if you’re not on the waitlist yet, that’s where the action is to get in while we’re still Beta mode.

Talk more soon!
